Data is collected and stored securely by Open Set Foundation and Mailchimp (only for the name and the email address).

– To provide you with information about the new Open Set programmes, projects, reports about the past programmes or opportunities
– To process and consider your application for participation
– To inform you about the programme you participate in

Where do we send your information?
Your information will be stored with Mailchimp, and privately with Open Set Foundation in compliance with their respective privacy policies.

We will keep your information indefinitely for the purposes set out above unless you request this to be removed.

Data Processing
We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. By submitting your email and any personal data through any of our forms, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.
